Tom's Bar & Grille....October 17, 2009  Our first time at Tom's Bar & Grille was (I believe) a success. Since we hadn't played in this area before and no one knew us, we needed to count on the "regulars" for support. This is a very cool bar, with great food, a wonderful ambiance and the nicest crowd you'd want to meet. We were received very well....I'd go so far as to say they loved it! Out thanks to the incredible dancers....to Dave and his harem....to Larry and the crew at Tom's....and to Jan & Terry. |

Pappy T's rocked on November 14, 2009...  Pappy T's was rockin' all night long on Saturday! It seemed like it was "ladies night", as the place was packed with the lovelies, dancin' the night away. Near the end of the night, we were joined by a bridal party and the bride & groom....just wanting to get their groove on with the Vibe. Great night!! |
Pine Grove VFW, November 21, 2009...  A good night was had by all at the Pine Grove VFW. Thanks to all the dancers and to those that came out to party with the Vibe. I'd like to give a shout out to Steve & Joan for coming out and checking us out! We will be back in Pine Grove on April 24, 2010. |
Mohnton Fish & Game Assoc. rocks!  Mohnton rocks indeed. We had a great time (first time) at this club. Very friendly people and they love to dance and have a good time. We're hoping to get asked back! They only have 1 band a month, so it may take a while; but look for us here again in the Fall. Our thanks to some of our fans who found their way...Pat and her gang; Audrey & Linda; Henry & Robin; Kay; and Marti Jamison. We appreciate the support of the members of the club....thanls for making this a wondeful night! |
Chaplin's Music Cafe...Spring City  When we responded to the CraigsList ad, "Looking for a classic rock/funk band for private party in Phila. area", we didn't quite know what to expect.
After several conversations with Mike, we learned that he was throwing a surprise party for his wife, Denise, an avid horse lover, at a location yet to be determined. They we combining this with a fund raiser for a local horse rescue farm, Ryerss Farm for Aged Equines and he wanted mostly funk. Hmmmm....we're a classic rock band who throws in some funk. But as this developed, the Vibe, got their funk on... found out this would be held at the historic chaplin's Music Cafe in Spring City... and by the way, it would be a "western theme". So, now we have a classic rock band playing that funky music in cowboy hats, boots and vests! But, it was a great combination. To perform in this intimate venue to a group of 50 wonderful guests and be treated as part of the family was a great experience!! Our best Happy Birthday wishes to Denise McGovern!!! |
